Hi,
Right now NSC shows that the processing dates are "August 10, 2007". What does this mean? Does it mean that
a)All apps with notice dates before Aug 10, 2007 are processed?
b)All apps with receipt dates before Aug 10, 2007 are processed?
c)All apps with notice dates after Aug 10, 2007 are being processed?
d)All apps with receipt dates after Aug 10, 2007 are being processed?
My 485 application has a receipt date of July 19, 2007 and notice date of Sept 18, 2007. Any insight into the dates???

Hello Senior Members,
I have just started a thread to ask if there is any need to call our local senators for co-sponsoring S.3084 ( Barbara Boxer), which is identical bill in Senate for HR 6039.
Is core working to get similar bills for HR.5882 and HR 5921 to get introduced in Senate?
If the question is inappropriate at this time then kindly close the thread.

I received RFE letter from USCIS for missing TB skin test result in the medical reports.I took TB skin test in 2007 and came out negative.Here is the test of RFE
"your application contained form I-693 in which the required TB skin test was not conducted. Please note there may be conflicting information on some published form I-693 instructions regarding when the chest X ray Report should be performed. It is required only when the TB skin test indicates a reaction equal to greater than 5 mm, or when the reason for why the TB skin test is medically inappropriate to perform has been annotated on theform I-693. Please submit a newly completed form I-693 indicating the results of the required skin test."
After consulting the doctor concerned, she filled up new I-693 form with 2007 test results and provide me I-69e form in a sealed envelop. Can you please let me know whether 2007 TB skin test results will be acceptible to USCIS or do I need to do another TB skin test? Please Help.

Many of us repeatedly repeated the same repeating mesage to attend DC rally so that it can repeat in the EARS of all repeatedly whining GC seekers visiting repeatedly every immigration website repeatedly thinking that their GC will come some day. Folks,
My wife got terminated on Feb 13th, she received her last pay stub on Feb 20th...We haven't applied for a COS till date...Is she now out of Status..??? She was waiting on her last paystub before she can apply for a COS and she received around 24th of last month and now we are all ready to send our documentation for COS to USCIS. During this span of 2 weeks is she considered staying illegal here..??
I was reading somewhere if USCIS receives her COS after her employer h1b revocation, she might be denied her COS...Is this true...??? Please Advise.
I was also reading somewhere about e-filing for COS, is e-filing available for H1 to H4 COS..??

Hi, I was in India when my husband applied for my H1B in 2008. I got it picked in lottery and got the approval too. I came to US on H4. After Oct 1st 2008, we applied for Change of Status to H4 to legally complete the work permit process. In the Change of Status applicatin form, my company accidently did a mistake of mentioning that Current status=H1B, New status required=H1B. :mad: USICIS, on seeing the application, took a decision to give me H4 with new I-94. I tried calling the USCIS helpdesk, but in vain. :confused:
1) Now what should I do to start working in H1B?
2) Was I correct in ging throughChange of Status? Or could I start working with the approval copy I had?
3) Could I apply for SSN with the 2008 approval copy?
Any answers would be greatly apprrciated!. Thanks in advance........

Of my 5 year experience
4 years is for My Company (India) Ltd
1 year is for My Company (US) Ltd.
Will my total experience be treated as progressive and can I process in EB2 category?
